Providing Everything You Need
If you need health and social care, a care needs assessment is the first step. We will come out and visit the client. One of our health care professionals will discuss the clients needs and what services they require. We really get to know the client personally and their history. We then discuss which services would be best for the client and finalise the session.
Nursing Visit
At Quality Care Dorset we provide home care for all of our clients. We help to guarantee the physical and mental wellbeing of our clients by closely monitoring and reporting to the healthcare system.
We will ensure all of our clients prescriptions are on time and accessible. As well as this, we can contact the GP whenever any concerns are raised.
Specialist Services
On request, we can provide specialist care services, such as temporary live-ins, sleep-ins and holidays\short breaks. We deliver everything from personal care, a quick 15-minute chat to days out. We will be sure to deliver this for you.

Our home care service offers a personalised, flexible service 24 hours, 365 days a year. Consistently delivered by skilled and friendly team members who will help you to maintain your independence and remain living at home for as long as you wish.
With Quality Care Dorset you get peace of mind and assurance that you and your loved ones are being cared for by a well-trained, supportive local team. As part of our service, we provide a helpline with staff available to respond to emergencies.

Domicilary Care - Our care agency is registered with the Care Quality Commission. The independent regulator of health and adult social care in England. CQC make sure health and social care services provide people with safe, effective, compassionate, high-quality care and are consistently encouraging care agencies to improve. We provide care to individuals in the comfort of their own home.

Safeguarding - Our healthcare professionals have regular DBS checks to ensure they are fit for our clients. We carry out daily risk assessments whether thats in our clients homes, your healthcare choices or in the community to ensure the safety of all parties involved.
All records are stored in a triple lock facility, the care plan documents are kept in the safety of your own home.

Staff - Our recruitment process is a thorough selection based on professionals with the relevant training and experience in the industry. Their role as a healthcare professional with Quality Care Dorset is to be of the highest standards, with a passion for caring for others, they undertake any job task that is necessary to ensure our clients are happy. We carry out monthly appraisals, such as carer of the month and they will receive an incentive of their choice.

Confidentiality, Data Protection and Quality Assurance - Our senior carers complete a monitoring visit to asses the home environment, caring standards, staff and client safety, as well as daily risk assessments whilst our carers are on the job. We like to have a regular catch up with our clients to see how they are getting on and if there are any problems that need to be addressed.

Our complaints procedure is for our clients to come forward with any issues they have experienced, if this unfortunate event occurs. At Quality Care Dorset we do take complaints very seriously and there will be consequences if one is received. Payment will be deducted from the carer and the client will not be charged. You can opt out to have visits with certain carers if need be. This is a very rare occasion and Quality Care Dorset are happy to say this event has not occurred.
