We offer a wide range of care support such as assisting the elderly, people with mental health, drug and alcohol addiction. As a domiciliary care worker you will travel to different clients throughout the day and carry out the service they require. You will build a professional relationship with our clients, you must be willing to be flexible and adapt to different situations.
How we will prepare you for the role?
We provide paid training in all aspects needed to be able to deliver quality care to our clients. You will also receive the care certificate. We have an in house trainer available who you can refer back to, if needed. At Quality Care we value our staff, we give on going support throughout your employment with us, personally and professionally.

What are we looking for?

Quality Care Dorset are looking to bring in a team of people that are dedicated to both training and the job.

​Good communication: we must possess good standard of written and spoken English​.

​You must have basic cooking knowledge. It is an essential skill to be able to prepare meals for our clients.

A clean DBS is required for everyone joining our team.

It is also desirable that you have a full UK driving license and use of a car. If you do not have access to a car, please get in touch as there may be other opportunities.
